We were delighted with the cleanliness, convenient location, and warm welcome we received. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and right across from the train station, making it perfect for exploring Quimper. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and even offering us coffee and cider upon arrival. Our room was well-proportioned and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The recently updated bathroom was a nice touch, and we particularly appreciated the opaque glass window, which provided privacy and allowed for plenty of natural light. as experienced budget travelers, we were more than satisfied with our stay at this gem of a hotel.

Felt cozy, no complaints.

We were cycling down through France for the bank hoiday weekend and wanted to get away early to avoid the rain. I had said the night before that I wanted breakfast, however the reception/restaurant were all locked up until at least 8:30 (it said breakfast at 8 on a sunday) when the girl finally turned up. There were a number of other people in the same boat. One French lady just decided to leave as she was fed up with waiting. Not good and based on this I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are in the two-story building located in a quiet courtyard full of green.

Feel a little bit far away from the city centre especially on rainy days.

Facing the station and buses, handy for town, next door to bars and restaurants.Our ground-floor room had one double bed, two single beds and an outside courtyard. The staff were kind, thoughtful and free with local advice and travel information. Ideal for those without a car, but parking is available.

Hotel de la gare is very conveniently situated onluy 15 min on foot from the centre of Quimper. My room was very clean and as it is facing an internal courtyard, it was very quiet. The hotel has an enclosed car park at the back.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the train station. The location was perfect, just steps away from the station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom, which had good facilities and a nice shower. Additionally, some of the rooms had balconies with a view, which was a pleasant surprise.

This place was pleasant and the staff was gentle. Standard queen room I stayed at was large and updated with three beds. I really enjoyed the breakfast, the food was fab. The location was particularly good, for example, Place au Beurre was at a short distance from the hotel. Had a nice stay here...

location: the hotel was not far from especially the beautiful river and the centre of quimper very secure carpark. the staff were caring and competent in case of questions.

Spacious rooms with air conditioning to keep you comfy 😊, each one even has a balcony. Interestingly, there's no mirror in the bathroom, for example.

Location was good for the Railway Station

We had a small room that was very old fashioned and in need of an update, it was quite depressing.
